How much do your videos cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, length, and complexity of each project. I always provide a detailed budget for approval before production begins. Below are three common packages that give you a sense of cost and approach.

Option 1: Monthly Content Retainer

What you get: One professionally produced video per month (1-2 minutes each), optimized for social media and your website.

Deliverables:

  • 1 hero video (60-120 seconds) optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, or website

  • 1 short-form version (30-45 seconds) for quick social posts

  • Raw footage available upon request

  • Full usage rights for all marketing purposes

Process:

  • One shoot per month at your location or relevant site

  • 2-4 hour shoot window

  • Delivered within 10-14 days

  • 2 rounds of revisions included

Investment: $3,000/month (flexible scheduling to fit your workflow).

Why this works: Consistent video content keeps your brand visible, engages your audience, and drives measurable results. Companies using using regular video content see higher engagement rates and better conversion than this relying on static posts alone.

Option 2: Multi-Video Package

What you get: 3-4 standalone videos showcasing different aspects of your business, products, or services.

Deliverables:

  • 3-4 individual videos (2-3 minutes each)

  • Each video tells a focused story: client success, product demo, team profile, or case study

  • Includes interviews, b-roll, and testimonials as appropriate

  • Optimized for website, presentations, and social media

Process:

  • Flexible timeline—produce videos over 6-12 months or in one intensive period

  • Half-day shoot per video

  • Delivered within 2-3 weeks per video

  • 2 rounds of revisions included per video

Investment: $8,000-10,000 (depending on number of videos and locations)

Why this works: Builds a video library that works across your marketing funnel—from awareness to consideration to conversion. These assets continue generating ROI long after they're produced, supporting sales conversations, onboarding, and brand building.

Option 3: Brand Documentary

What you get: A cinematic 3-5 minute film that tells your company’s story – who you are, what you stand for, and why clients should choose you. This becomes the centerpiece of your digital presence.

Deliverables:

  • 1 hero video (3-5 minutes) for website homepage

  • 1 condensed version (90 secs) for social media and pitches

  • Raw interview footage available upon request

  • Full usage rights for all marketing channels

Process:

  • 2-3 formal interviews with key team members

  • Full day shoot for b-roll and location footage

  • Integration of archival materials, graphics, and brand assets

  • Professional color grading and sound design

  • Music licensing included

  • Timeline: 6-8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery

  • 3 rounds of revisions included

Investment: $10,000 – 15,000 (depending on scope and complexity)

Why this works: A strong brand video does the heavy lifting in your marketing — it builds trust, communicates your values, and differentiates you from competitors. Use it on your homepage, in sales presentations, at conferences, and in recruitment. One investment, ongoing ROI across multiple touchpoints.

Not sure which option fits your needs? Let's talk. I'm happy to discuss your goals and recommend the right approach.

Do you run ads on Google, Meta, or elsewhere?

No. I’m happy to discuss video strategy and marketing, but I don’t run advertising campaigns.

What do you need from us to get started?

For commercial projects, I’ll need to understand your goals, target audience, key messages, and any brand guidelines or assets you have. I’ll also discuss timeline, budget, and distribution channels during our initial conversation.

For legacy video, I simply need to schedule a conversation to understand whose story we’re telling and what matters most to you. From there, I’ll handle the rest.

All questions and inquiries are welcome. Please get in touch and let’s discuss your project.

What separates JMW Video from other production companies?

When choosing a video producer, there are three things that matter:

Technical excellence. Is the video sharp, well-lit, and does it have clear audio? This is baseline—without it, nothing else matters.

Storytelling ability. Does the producer understand how to craft a narrative that engages people's hearts and minds? Technical skill without storytelling creates forgettable content.

The human factor. Is the process collaborative and enjoyable? Video production involves trust, communication, and often capturing vulnerable moments. You need someone you actually want to work with.

I bring all three.

I've been doing this for 20 years across multiple industries — from architecture to finance to academics — because I'm good at it and because I genuinely love the work. And just as importantly, I approach every project as a partnership. I listen, I adapt, and I care about getting it right. My clients stick around (and refer others) because the process is smooth, the results deliver, and working together actually feels collaborative rather than transactional.

If that sounds like the kind of partner you're looking for, let's talk.
